Last Day to Comment on US Fish and Wildlife Scoping Process to Kill Cormorants

The US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) is currently conducting a public scoping process for a plan that they are developing that would allow states and private industry to kill Double-crested Cormorants without permits. Cormorants are one of the most persecuted bird species in North American and the proposal being presented by the Fish and Wildlife Service would unfortunately perpetuate a long-term pattern of wanton slaughter.
