Please take a few minutes and urge Oregon legislators to fully fund the marine reserves program and reinstate funding for the Community Engagement Project Leader of ODFW’s Marine Reserve Program.  

House Bill 3414 currently represents the biggest rollbacks of urban environmental protections that Oregon has ever seen. It will impact the livability of our communities, reverse hard won environmental protections, and exacerbate environmental justice issues related to climate change for future residents. Please contact your State Representatives today and urge them to vote No on HB 3414!

Please take action today and urge State Legislators on the Joint Committee on Transportation to say “no” to House Bill 3382. If passed, this would allow ports and other corporate entities a fast pass to dredge environmentally sensitive coastal estuaries without demonstrating adequate compliance with state or local land use law.

Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) has released a proposed new Oregon Transportation Plan, a long term guidance document last updated in 2006. Though the plan addresses a wide range of priorities, it falls significantly short on several important environmental issues. Please help us send a strong message to ODOT to improve this plan!
