Please email City Council members today to urge them not to cave to developers and instead to strengthen the Floodplain Resilience Plan which will increase our communities’ climate resilience and protect significant wildlife habitat along the Willamette River.

Once again, the timber industry is pressuring the Board of Forestry to weaken habitat protections for wildlife and salmon. This would not only undermine the HCP, but also violate Oregon law that requires all Board decisions be supported by the best available science. We need your help to keep the pressure on to keep this from happening.
