Birding Day: Little Brown Birds on Sauvie Island
Sauvie Island is a Little Brown Bird hotspot in winter. A great variety of sparrows, finches, wrens, and blackbirds can be found in the brushy hedgerows, wetlands, and woodlands. This trip will enable you to study species side-by-side, highlighting the field marks and habits that make each species unique. This is a self-driving tip; we will meet on Sauvie and caravan around to different locations. An ODFW Parking Pass is required.
