Collage Backyard Bird: Crows – Make An Ornament or Gift

Collage a crow using recycled painted paper creating a gift or a holiday ornament. This class is appropriate for beginners to intermediate.

This in-person class will focus on collaging a backyard bird in their environment. We will create a collage of a Crow and the class will focus on colors and design of the background and bird. An image of the Crow will be provided and you can create several crows in different styles. At the end of the class students will have completed one or more collages of charismatic crows. Teal will offer supportive feedback and an atmosphere of fun creative learning. You will come away with two projects.

Supply List: Please bring the following items with you, the rest will be provided!
1. Brushes round medium size 11 for gluing, 3/0 for painting detail
2. Pencil and eraser to sketch image
3. Exacto knife
4. Apron and old clothes

• This is an in-person class to be held indoors at Bird Alliance of Oregon.
