Setting the Table: Feeding Wild Birds Safely and Effectively

Feeding birds is a great way to enjoy birding from the comfort of home. But bird feeding must be done thoughtfully to avoid harming the birds we are trying to attract.

This class will cover the types of foods you can offer and which feeders are most effective. We will also discuss the importance of hygiene in preventing the spread of illness, and show you ways to minimize unwanted guests at your feeder.
