Field Trip: Reptiles & Amphibians at Jackson Bottom

Join us on a search for colorful frogs, salamanders, turtles, and snakes at Jackson Bottom Wetland Reserve. As we learn how to find and identify the various herps that call this wetland home, we will learn proper “herping” techniques that allow us to enjoy these animals without causing harm to them or their habitat. Binoculars are recommended.

Meet at the Jackson Bottom Nature Center Parking lot, ready to go at 9:00 AM. Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather.

Join us for the companion digital class!
