Malheur NWR Headquarters Bird Walks

Three walks are offered. Walks begin at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., or 10 a.m.

Join Bird Alliance of Oregon’s Eastern Oregon Field Coordinator Teresa ‘Bird’ Wicks for guided bird walks at Malheur National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters.

Three walks are offered between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. Each walk lasts about 45 minutes and travels a loop around MNWR Headquarters. Meet on the deck at the Visitor Center, near the flag pole.

Binoculars are available for use during the walk. Birders of all skill levels are welcome.
