No School Day Camp – Dams & Dippers of the Sandy River Delta, Grades 3-6
*PPS & Beaverton School District Students are out of school this day.
Come out and explore the Sandy River Delta at the confluence of the Sandy and Columbia Rivers. Learn about the forces that have rapidly changed this landscape and shaped the lives of people and animals alike. From the first peoples who lived here to the dams that shaped the modern day landscape to the animals that call this place home, you will come away with a deeper understanding and connection to the rivers in your backyard!
*This camp travels away from Bird Alliance of Oregon by van after drop-off.
Day Camp: Friday, October 11, 8:30/8:45 a.m. – 3:00/3:15 p.m.
