Science Tales: Evelyn the Adventurous Entomologist

Online: Storytime comes to life in this exciting early childhood environmental education exploration program! Kids will hear stories of the earth, animals, how to be a kid exploring the natural world around them, and much more! Students will then engage in at-home activities that connect to the themes of the book read during the session.

Evelyn the Adventurous Entomologist Read the true story of how Evelyn Cheesman broke through barriers to become a world famous entomologist! Learn what an entomologist does and dive into the world of insects and the important role they have in our world!

Fee: $11.95 members/$13.95 non-members
Grades: PreK to 2nd grade
When: January 19, 2021
Class time: 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Materials: Paper, pencil or pen
Zoom: A secure Zoom link will be sent to the email address you used to register, one to two days before the session.
