Late summer is the peak of shorebird migration. This trip will be visiting some of the best shorebird sites on the coast from Cannon Beach north to Fort Stevens. This is a great opportunity to view side-by-side comparisons of different species, compare adult and juvenile plumages, and study behavior and habitat preferences. This is a self-driving trip.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. Bring food and water. Bring binoculars and a scope if you have one.

John will email you trip details ahead of the trip.
