Forest Bathing for Birders: Whitaker Ponds *FULL*
Discover the beauty of joining birds on their terms through the stillness of forest bathing – like sunbathing – where your senses soak up the experience of being supported by the forest. Walks are slow and include a series of sensory-based invitations that encourage pausing and noticing the space and places that support our bird friends.
In a forest bathing experience, you will:
- Experience the restorative and healing power of slowing down and spending time in the natural world.
- Explore sensory practices to reconnect to the natural world to restore clarity and attention.
- Connect with your body, one another, and the more than human world.
Experience the joy of forest bathing!
Join Tia on a very slow-paced walk of 2 hours, exploring invitations and opening our senses to our place in nature alongside the birds.
