Watercolor Painting with Ronna: The Barred Owl

Join this live, online class to paint the Barred Owl alongside Ronna Fujisawa, an experienced watercolor painter, art educator, and bird enthusiast. The class is held via Zoom Meetings, allowing participants to use their videos and create a more interactive class. Appropriate for intermediate and ambitious beginners.
This forest owl is most commonly recognized by their call “who cooks for you.” Such a great bird to paint with various grays and neutral colors, with stunningly dark eyes. Join this online class and paint with Ronna to learn the process of painting in layers with watercolor.
Students can paint along with Ronna during this live class or work at their own pace with access to the recording afterward.
Preparation Before Class
1. An email will be sent to you a few days before the class with the photo reference and more specific colors for that bird.
2. Please have your bird drawn or traced onto watercolor paper before class.
3. Please have your supplies ready and set up before class.
