Elevation Changes: about 400 feet total (up and down), some portions have a 5-10% grade.
Trail Tread and Width: Trail is rocky and has an uneven surface; <36″ wide
Amenities: Vault Toilets in campground; water is available in campground; small parking lot with one ADA parking space
Public Transit: No public transit
Rest Stops and pacing: We will move slowly and intentionaly along the trail, stopping frequently to look at birds and to be present. There are no benches along the trail, through there are some places along the rim with large rocks for sitting on.
Binoculars are available to borrow.
