OWLtober: Understanding Owls
Join us once again for this previously sold-out series of classes on owls. Owls are among the most widely distributed, well-known, and easily-recognized animals on the planet, and yet are rarely seen and remain mysterious to the public at large, including birders. Please register separately for each standalone class in this series.
Understanding Owls
Secretive, cryptic, and mysterious. Owls have a mystique like no other birds. In this introduction, we’ll explore the biology, evolution, and adaptations of these fascinating creatures to learn why they’re so unique.
